Decipha CIC have entered into a collaboration with the London South Bank University to support 3 adults with Duchenne to become self employed as Computer Games Testers.
On Thursday 13th November, one of our Leadership team, took part in an initial taster session to explore what is involved in the role.
It was a very successful session where he was introduced to student games designers and after signing a non disclosure agreement (NDA) he was given access to the games that are being designed. His role was to give brutally honest feedback about the accessibility features of games currently being designed.
Farhan's comment at the end of the session was:
'This has been my best day ever!!' There is a chance that he might land his dream job!
The project will be starting in January 2015 so watch this space for more information as it develops.
